The potential payoff for podcasts

Lately there has been a great deal of press about the new golden age of podcasting, and I am happy to have been a part of that beautiful noise with the start of Amplifi Media.  NPR doubled its podcast revenue in 2014 and expects to double it yet again in 2015.  iTunes is now over 1 Billion downloads annually.  Slate has jumped in with some excellent podcasts.  The monetization is starting to follow as an article published by Digital Content Next talks about.  And the reason Amplifi is here .... it's about good content and good storytelling.
